Most homeowners assume a full roof replacement means days of disruption - crew trucks parked out front, tarps flapping in the wind, and a whole lot of waiting. That's not how we operate. This job was stripped, underlayment installed, and completely shingled out by the end of the day.

Here's what the process looked like from the ground up. Once the old material was off, we laid down CertainTeed underlayment across the entire deck - every plane, every valley, every edge. That's the layer most people never see, but it's doing a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to moisture protection and long-term performance. We used CertainTeed Landmark ClimateFlex shingles for the final layer, which are built specifically to handle temperature swings and hold up over the long haul.

The before-and-after contrast here is hard to miss. The deck goes from bare and exposed to fully wrapped, then fully shingled - all in one continuous push. No overnight gaps. No leaving the home vulnerable between stages. That matters more than most people realize, especially if weather decides to show up uninvited.

The finished product speaks for itself. Clean lines across every ridge, uniform shingle courses from peak to eave, and a charcoal color that pairs well with the home's exterior. This is what a properly executed residential re-roofing job looks like from above - tight, consistent, and done right the first time.

Speed without cutting corners is the standard we hold ourselves to on every replacement. A job like this doesn't move that fast by accident. It takes a crew that knows exactly what they're doing and a system that keeps things moving from tearoff to final nail.
