After having a very stressful experience with another roofing company whose business practices turned out to be extremely concerning, the team at 3 Rivers stepped in and completely turned the situation around for us. **Eli**, who came out to do our estimate, was wonderful. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer every single one of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel pressured or like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. That alone gave us so much confidence in choosing 3 Rivers. We are also incredibly grateful for **Jack, the owner**, who truly went above and beyond for us. He personally helped us navigate getting out of our contract with the previous company and was so helpful during what had become a very stressful situation. His willingness to step in and help spoke volumes about his character and the way he runs his business. Once we were ready to move forward, 3 Rivers got us on their schedule very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, efficient, and hardworking. The crew worked incredibly quickly while still making **safety a clear priority**. We were especially impressed that they even left safety brackets installed on the roof for anyone who may need to access it in the future. "From Start to finish, Jack at Three Rivers has been amazing. We had an insurance claim for a roof replacement due to Hail damage. Typically the insurance process can be a nightmare and you end up acting as your own General Contractor getting bids and supplements to actually cover the cost of the repairs. Originally we had a roof leak and Jack and his crew came right out to tarp the area of concern mitigating any more water intrusions. Once they arrived he actually did a nice temporary fix instead of just throwing a tarp up on the roof. Upon further inspection he found lots of evidence of hail damage. We filed a claim and he took care of the rest. Even dealing with the inside drywall repairs as well. He basically acted as the GC for the job and took a lot of stress off of us dealing with it. The crew came out and replaced the whole roof in one day and used premium products that will last. The product warranty and workmanship warranty is far beyond what we expected and is even transferable if we ever sell the property. Highly recommend Jack and Three Rivers for sure."

They came out quick for the estimate, walked me through exactly what needed to happen, and the price was straight up with no surprise add-ons later. Crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and the new roof looks fantastic. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and actually care about doing it right the first time. What really stood out was the cleanup and the communication. The yard was spotless when they left, not a single nail or scrap of shingle anywhere, and they kept me in the loop the entire job so I always knew what was happening. "What a great local roofing company. I worked directly with Eli who was extremely professional and made sure the job was exceptional. He inspected the roof after his crew was complete to ensure it was perfect. He even came back the following day to walk the property and pick up the smallest of debris around the property. You really can tell they care about their final product and you are satisfied. I had them add 3 skylights, which look amazing!
