This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit 3riversroofs.com, request an estimate, sign a contract with us, talk with our team, or receive calls, emails, or text messages from us.
We text you only about your roofing project and your account with us, and only after you have given us your number and agreed to receive texts.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and property or mailing address.

Your mobile information stays with us
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run our customer management software, and only so they can provide that service to us.

Service providers that work on our behalf, such as customer management and estimating software, phone and text messaging providers, photo documentation, payment processing, accounting, and website hosting.
Subcontractors and suppliers who need your address and project details to deliver materials or perform work.

Your insurance carrier, adjuster, or public adjuster, when you ask us to work on a claim.
Financing partners, when you choose to apply for financing.
Government agencies for permits, inspections, licensing, and as required by law.
Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers.
A successor business if we merge, sell, or reorganize all or part of our company.
We may also share information when needed to comply with law, enforce our contracts, or protect the safety of our customers, crews, or the public.
We photograph and video roofs before, during, and after work to document conditions, support insurance claims and warranties, and track quality. We may use photos of completed roofs on our website, social media, and advertising. We do not publish your name or exact street address alongside marketing photos without your permission. If you would prefer we not use photos of your home in marketing, tell us and we will honor that.
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may record which ad you clicked and whether you submitted a form or called us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
We keep project, contract, and warranty records for as long as your workmanship and manufacturer warranties remain in effect and as long as needed for tax, accounting, licensing, and legal purposes. Leads that do not become projects are kept for a shorter period and then deleted or archived. Text messaging consent and opt-out records are kept as required by law.
