"We had a great experience with Eli and Three Rivers Roofing! He came out to measure for new gutters, talked us through our options, and even took the time to inspect the roof on our home and garage. Eli was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to point out some slight wear on our home that we hadn’t noticed. He explained how it could impact our gutter and future roofing needs and made recommendations based on what would actually make sense for our home. We never felt pressured or like he was just trying to sell us something. He was punctual, easy to communicate with, and got our estimate back to us quickly. There were also tons of gutter color options, and his recommendations helped us choose something that fit the look of our home. We really appreciate the time and care Eli put into helping us, and we’re so glad we had someone we could trust to give us honest recommendations. We would absolutely recommend Eli and Three Rivers Roofing to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely great to work with!"

"There Rivers Roofing and their rep Sam Fogel in Bend Oregon have done 3 roofs for me. Excellent quality with extra bad weather material, price, removal and cleanup, safety, worked with tenents, on time, finished in a couple of days. Ron"

"I had 3 Rivers Roofing replace my roof and had a great experience. Taking on a roof replacement is a big decision, and I’m glad I chose them. I’m very happy with the finished roof and would recommend 3 Rivers Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing contractor."

"I highly recommend Three Rivers Roofing. They replaced our entire roof in almost one day (hail damage) and did it very professionally and competently. We were really pleased that Jack Menafee (3RR) worked closely w our insurance company to get the inspection completed. Once approved, Jack assigned a great team of roofers who knew exactly what they were doing. They work together very efficiently and competently. Cleanup was superb too. We have recommended 3 Rivers Roofing to several of our neighbors who used them and were pleased."

"Three Rivers Roofing team was amazing from the top down. Extremely professional and easy to work with. We replaced a roof on an A-frame cabin with an extremely steep roof. The crew was quick, efficient, meticulous and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs and we will certainly use them again if needed."

"It was a pleasure working with Jack to get our new roof installed. From the start he made the time to help us understand exactly what we needed. Everyone on his crew was polite and the job was completed in the promised 2 day window. Being new to the area my wife and I were struggling with finding reliable contractors to engage for other needs. Jack put us in touch with his recommended contractors and we have also been happy with their services. In summary I highly recommend 3 Rivers for your next roof. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied."

"Eli and crew were outstanding to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them again if needed, and I highly recommend Three Rivers to anyone. Eli was always available to answer and clarify all questions I had, and he worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make the roof replacement as simple as possible."

"So easy to work with and quality roof!"

"Big thanks to everyone at Three Rivers Roofing for our new Metal roof. The security and peace of mind it provides us during these long summer fire seasons feels invaluable. Thank you Samuel, for your help and expertise in guiding us through this project."

"Three Rivers Roofing replaced my roof after hail damage. Samual was exceptional. He assisted with insurance claim, explained the procedure for install, was present for inspections, and was here for the final installation. The crew did an amazing job with the installation of the new roof. The work was completed in ONE DAY! Thank you Three Rivers Roofing for my beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend Samual and Three Rivers Roofing."

"I'm very happy with the results and the entire experience. Brian was an excellent communicator both with me and with my insurance adjuster. He advocated for me and kept me well informed. The crew did a great job and cleaned up entirely after completion. My new roof is beautiful, and I highly recommend this company."

"Samuel was great!!! Three Rivers roofing did an excellent job on two of my buildings!!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing job!!"

"Team was fast, efficient and professional. If you need a new roof, I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Eli with Three Rivers Roofing made getting new roof easy! I would definitely recommend this business if you need a new roof!"

"Really good communication throughout the entire job. Very fast, friendly and hardworking local crew who also took extra care protecting my outdoor plants. We were very pleased with the abundance of selection options, quality of materials used and making decisions throughout the entire process to get the best colors that really enhance our home’s curb appeal. Since the installation I am completely confident with my roof handling all weather conditions. During the past year we have had hail, strong winds and heavy rain. The roof is very strong and resilient. Glad we had it done and that Three Rivers Roofing were the ones to do it!"

"I was buying a new house that needed the roof replaced, and I wasn't going to buy it, unless it was. My broker contacted Eli with 3 Rivers and within the day, he drove from Bend to Prineville, inspected the roof, and had a quote we could use for our deal by 9am the next morning. I closed on the 7th of July, and had a new roof on the 9th. They completed the work within a day, and it looks fantastic. There was minimal staples left behind, and I know, as I ran my magnet across the yard and driveway. They did an excellent job, and couldn't have been happier with the promptness of the initial inspection and completion of the work. It wasn't just that Eli came over within the day of being asked, but did so on a Friday, right before he was to take his family camping for the weekend. That's customer service. I got a 50 year roof, with the color I wanted, and a warranty. 3Rivers really is fantastic to work with."

"I was on my roof today cleaning my gutters, and the quality of our new roof still stands out to me. Three Rivers Roofing replaced our shingled roof over a year ago, and they did a phenomenal job. They were efficient, detail oriented and provided great quality all away around. The level of customer service they've provided before, during and after was exceptional. I run into Jack every so often and he still recognizes me and asks me how my roof is. Great project manager, great team, great local company to support!"

"We got our roof done recently by 3 Rivers Roofing and the service was phenomenal! From the communication we received working with Michael, to the efficiency of the installation crew. They did our whole roof in one day and it still turned out awesome! If you or anybody you know needs a new roof, definitely go with 3 Rivers Roofing!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **We cannot recommend 3 Rivers Roofing highly enough!** Our experience with **3 Rivers Roofing** was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. After having a very stressful experience with another roofing company whose business practices turned out to be extremely concerning, the team at 3 Rivers stepped in and completely turned the situation around for us. **Eli**, who came out to do our estimate, was wonderful. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer every single one of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel pressured or like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. That alone gave us so much confidence in choosing 3 Rivers. We are also incredibly grateful for **Jack, the owner**, who truly went above and beyond for us. He personally helped us navigate getting out of our contract with the previous company and was so helpful during what had become a very stressful situation. His willingness to step in and help spoke volumes about his character and the way he runs his business. Once we were ready to move forward, 3 Rivers got us on their schedule very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, efficient, and hardworking. The crew worked incredibly quickly while still making **safety a clear priority**. We were especially impressed that they even left safety brackets installed on the roof for anyone who may need to access it in the future. That kind of attention to detail and concern for safety really stood out to us. On top of the excellent service, **their pricing was amazing**, and they offer **financing options**, which was extremely helpful for us and made getting our new roof much more manageable. After everything we experienced before finding 3 Rivers, working with a company that was honest, transparent, helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about their customers was such a relief. If you need **roof repairs or a completely new roof, we HIGHLY recommend 3 Rivers Roofing!** From Eli and Jack to the entire roofing crew, they exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful we found them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Working with 3 Rivers Roofing has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Andrew has been beyond amazing to work with, he's knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and kind. He worked with my wife and I every step of the way to help us navigate insurance and get a new roof. The roofers were quick yet thorough, and very patient when I made the mistake of not moving my car from the garage beforehand. Our new roof looks amazing, and our neighbor who has family in roofing said that he could tell they were doing a fantastic job. The thought of getting a new roof had always sounded so daunting, but Andrew and the rest of the team made the entire process simple and straightforward, keeping us informed and updated throughout the project. I HIGHLY recommend them if you're in the market for roofing, and if they do gutters, we will be using them in the future for that service as well! Thank you so very much Andrew, and the rest of the 3 Rivers team!"

"Great communication and service!"

"Great crew, well oiled machine.Andrew, thanks for helping get the ball rollin on our roof replacement, and staying in touch thru the replacement process. Thanks 3 Rivers Roofing"

"From Start to finish, Jack at Three Rivers has been amazing. We had an insurance claim for a roof replacement due to Hail damage. Typically the insurance process can be a nightmare and you end up acting as your own General Contractor getting bids and supplements to actually cover the cost of the repairs. Originally we had a roof leak and Jack and his crew came right out to tarp the area of concern mitigating any more water intrusions. Once they arrived he actually did a nice temporary fix instead of just throwing a tarp up on the roof. Upon further inspection he found lots of evidence of hail damage. We filed a claim and he took care of the rest. Even dealing with the inside drywall repairs as well. He basically acted as the GC for the job and took a lot of stress off of us dealing with it. The crew came out and replaced the whole roof in one day and used premium products that will last. The product warranty and workmanship warranty is far beyond what we expected and is even transferable if we ever sell the property. Highly recommend Jack and Three Rivers for sure."

"Cannot recommend 3 Rivers Roofs enough. Had them replace the roof on our place and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. They came out quick for the estimate, walked me through exactly what needed to happen, and the price was straight up with no surprise add-ons later. Crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and the new roof looks fantastic. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and actually care about doing it right the first time. What really stood out was the cleanup and the communication. The yard was spotless when they left, not a single nail or scrap of shingle anywhere, and they kept me in the loop the entire job so I always knew what was happening. Local, honest, skilled, and fairly priced, which is a rare combo these days. If you need a roof done right in Central Oregon, call 3 Rivers Roofs. Five stars all day."

"What a great local roofing company. I worked directly with Eli who was extremely professional and made sure the job was exceptional. He inspected the roof after his crew was complete to ensure it was perfect. He even came back the following day to walk the property and pick up the smallest of debris around the property. You really can tell they care about their final product and you are satisfied. I had them add 3 skylights, which look amazing! Highly recommend, give them a call and ask for Eli, he’s the man for the job!"

"Three Rivers Roofing did an AMAZING job on our roof after it was battered by hail. Gary was so helpful at explaining everything to us and walking us thru the entire process and working with the insurance adjuster. He even came back with a giant magnet to personally search for nails in our grass. I have recommended them to several friends and would absolutely use them again. If you’re looking for an honest company with great communication and a hard working team that goes above and beyond, Three Rivers Roofing is the one to use."

"We have been extremely impressed by 3Rivers Roofing. Professional, prompt, and completed our (large steep) roof in just a day and a half! I highly recommend them to anyone looking into a roofing project this summer."

"Amazing service and finished product from start to finish. Attentive and professional management with an efficient and polite crew! Extremely happy with process and the result. I’d recommend 3 rivers roofing to anyone who wants to protect and improve their home and its value."

"Three Rivers Roofing was great to work with--they replaced my roof after it was damaged by hail. Prompt and professional communication throughout the whole process and the work was scheduled and completed quickly. I worked with Samuel, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. The roof looks great and they made the process very easy for me."

"These guys were awesome to work with. They were actually the third roofing company to look at my roof, but the only ones who caught that there was hail damage which allowed me to file an insurance claim. Saved me thousands. I also didn’t know anything about the insurance process, but they were helpful with that as well. Everyone was friendly and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Roof looks great and they didn't leave a giant mess when they left. Highly recommend."

"Working with Gary and Samuel with my insurance claim from a recent hail storm has been a great experience. They have gone above and beyond to assist us through this. Highly recommend. Update: The finished product looks amazing and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Great workmanship and great company."

"Three River Roofing was wonderful to work with. We got our roof replaced after some hail damage and Three River Roofing helped us navigate that with our insurance company. They did a wonderful job. Even our solar company said it was one of the nicest roofs they have been on with such great work and straight tiles. We highly recommend them."

"Five stars! Andrew from 3Rivers Roofing found significant hail damage on our roof and worked with our insurance company to get a replacement roof installed. The roofing crew worked fast and had it completed in a couple days as well as leaving the property nice and clean! Great job!!!"

"Fast and processional!!! They worked with our insurance to ensure as little hassle as possible to us . In and out in less than a day with a new roof !!"

"Great communication, excellent product and attention to detail. Didn’t have to pick up any left over garbage and very customer focused."
