Typically the insurance process can be a nightmare and you end up acting as your own General Contractor getting bids and supplements to actually cover the cost of the repairs. Originally we had a roof leak and Jack and his crew came right out to tarp the area of concern mitigating any more water intrusions. Once they arrived he actually did a nice temporary fix instead of just throwing a tarp up on the roof. Upon further inspection he found lots of evidence of hail damage. We filed a claim and he took care of the rest. Even dealing with the inside drywall repairs as well. He basically acted as the GC for the job and took a lot of stress off of us dealing with it. The crew came out and replaced the whole roof in one day and used premium products that will last.
